Sunlight Works is described as an organization that seeks clients that are interested in people effectiveness first and organizational effectiveness second. You cannot circumvent the human experience. An organization is only as effective as the people that are a part of it. We must first develop, engage, and empower our employees to ensure our long term success and to reap the harvest.
Sunlight Works uses the “Law of the Harvest” as a foundation to engage, grow, and yield greater success in people. Sunlight Works’ methods are in experiential learning and address the human experience at home, work, and play.
