Craig currently serves as a Sunlight Works/DUB Utah Educational Consultant. Craig twenty years of experience in K-12 public education has provided him an opportunity to effectively serve in various roles from classroom teacher to principal.
He has had the pleasure of providing engaging instruction in secondary and elementary classrooms. Craig’s background and experiences as a successful administrator afforded him opportunities to communicate a clear vision and mission, strengthen instructional programs, and create a collaborative culture for all stakeholders. Craig believes in creating strong relationships with students, parents/guardians, and staff, fostering and environment of continuous improvement. Through a shared vision and collaborative approach highlighting equitable practices, He has been able to lead schools in closing the achievement gap that exists among disaggregated student groups. Craig has also developed a strong network of colleagues, including those working in various departments and offices throughout school systems nationwide.
Craig is excited to meet the challenge of supporting organizations in their work around diversity and inclusion and its connection to student achievement and organizational success. He believes incorporating the perspectives of all stakeholders to embed the work of diversity and inclusion in schools and organizations. Craig’s greatest strength is building relationships among all stakeholders. He looks forward to the opportunity to share his experiences with new and emerging teams, interested in becoming strong instructional advocates for all students.
