Jermaine’s experiences have been diverse and have shaped him into a leader and professional of depth and contrast. He obtained a BS from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point where he studied Systems Engineering and later a MBA from Brigham Young University where he concentrated on strategy. He has also earned a J.D. from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School where he focused on business law.
Beginning his professional career in the U.S. Army, Jermaine received his training as a field artillery officer. He went on to become a licensed attorney who has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in a variety of capacities. He is also a successful entrepreneur and business leader who understands the relationship between the bottom line and the strategic deployment of human capital.
