Lita Little Giddins is a seeker. She seeks to assist, to teach, to encourage, to inspire and, by so doing, to “find” opportunities to improve the condition/climate of the world in some small way. Lita is co-founder of Sunlight Works Foundation and her focus to use clinical principles and the expressive arts to teach, mentor, and coach. In essence, “seeking” to cultivate the personal development of others.
Lita has a MSW with an emphasis in Expressive Arts Therapy. Her undergraduate degree is in Socio-cultural Anthropology, and she also received an AA in Fine Arts. To this day Lita uses the full scope of her education in her efforts to influence people, organizations, and cultures. Her broad experience in the arts has afforded her the opportunity to present, teach, coach, train, and travel to many parts of the world where she worked closely with diverse populations.
From Southern California, Lita has work experience ranges from working professionally in the performing arts industry (stage, recording, and film) to utilizing her social work degree as a teacher and therapist.
